TAXATION Sixth Circuit Finds Online Travel
Companies Not Subject to Kentucky Transient Room Tax
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth
Circuit Dec. 22 found that Hotels.com, L.P. and other online travel
companies did not violate the tax ordinances of two Kentucky counties when
